Multi Grammy Award Winning Artist and Composer Terence Blanchard brings Michael Bentt in as Boxing Coordinator for his “Opera in Jazz” production.  “Champion” is a creative new production at the New York Metropolitan Opera that combines the flow of boxing with the choreography of theater to tell the real-life story of boxer Emile Griffith and the fight that would consume him for years as a closeted bisexual.
